  • HG Glam Membership™ is HG Facialist's 12-month facial membership in Sweetwater, Miami, designed for patients who want a more consistent and intentional approach to professional skincare.Members receive access to up to 9 Signature Facial Experiences throughout their active membership term, personalized treatment recommendations, preferred member pricing, priority booking, and additional member-only benefits.

  • In addition to access to up to 9 Signature Facial Experiences, active HG Glam Members receive a collection of exclusive benefits throughout their membership term, including:

    • 10% off eligible advanced and targeted treatments

    • 10% off eligible add-on services

    • 10% off eligible retail products

    • Priority booking access

    • Invitations to exclusive HG member events

    • Access to member-only promotions and private sales

    • $50 annual HG Member Account Credit

    Membership benefits are available while your membership is active and in good standing. Discounts and benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, special offers, gift certificates, or discounts unless otherwise specified by HG Facialist.

  • Your HG Glam Membership™ includes access to up to 9 Signature Facial Experiences during your active 12-month membership term.All treatments must be redeemed within the active membership period. Unused treatments do not roll over beyond the membership term and cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, products, or other services.

  • Your membership gives you access to HG's curated Signature Facial Collection: Skin Reset Facial · Hydrafacial · Red Carpet Glow Facial · Dermapen Facial · BioRePeel Face · Instant Lift Facial · Pro-Age Renewal Facial · Exosomes & PDRN Facial. Your provider will help recommend the most appropriate facial experiences based on your skin condition, goals, treatment history, and individual needs.

  • Your treatment schedule will be personalized based on your skin, selected treatments, treatment history, and provider recommendations.Most patients may be recommended to schedule treatments approximately every 21 to 45 days to support their skincare goals.Certain advanced or targeted treatments may require different treatment intervals or preparation periods. Your HG provider will recommend the most appropriate schedule for you.

  • No. One of the benefits of HG Glam™ is the flexibility to select eligible facial experiences throughout your membership as your skin needs evolve.Your provider can help guide your selections based on your skin condition, goals, previous treatments, and recommended treatment schedule.

  • Both options provide access to the HG Glam Membership™ experience.
    Pay in Full — $1,997, one payment for a 12-month membership.Monthly Payment Plan — $197/month, monthly payments are automatically charged to the payment method on file.Specific payment, cancellation, and membership conditions vary by payment option and are subject to the applicable Membership Terms & Conditions.

  • Yes. The HG Glam Annual Membership™ is a recurring 12-month membership and automatically renews for an additional 12-month term unless canceled.

    To prevent your membership from renewing, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing to hello@hgfacialist.com at least 30 days before your renewal date.

    If a cancellation request is not received within the required notice period, the membership will automatically renew and the applicable annual membership fee will be charged to the payment method on file.

    Membership pricing and benefits at renewal are subject to the applicable HG Glam Membership™ Terms & Conditions.

  • Members enrolled in the Monthly Payment Plan may request cancellation after the first 3 months by providing at least 30 days' written notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@hgfacialist.com. Membership benefits remain active while required payments are current and the membership is in good standing. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased, subject to applicable law and the HG Glam Membership™ Terms & Conditions.

  • No. Membership treatments are non-transferable and are reserved exclusively for the active HG Glam Member.Membership benefits, discounts, and pricing privileges also have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

  • Membership benefits, preferred pricing, and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, special offers, gift certificates, or discounts unless otherwise specified by HG Facialist.

  • All included Signature Facial Experiences must be redeemed during your active membership term. Unused treatments expire at the end of the applicable membership term and do not roll over. They cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, products, or other services.

  • Your membership includes access to eligible treatments within the HG Signature Facial Collection. HG Glam Members also receive 10% preferred pricing on eligible advanced and targeted treatments. Some treatments may require specific preparation, eligibility, or treatment intervals based on your provider's recommendation.

  • HG Glam Membership™ benefits are available during your active membership term and while your account is current and in good standing.Membership benefits expire at the end of the applicable membership period.

  • HG Facialist reserves the right to modify membership benefits or terms. Active members will continue to receive comparable benefits during their applicable membership period, subject to the Membership Terms & Conditions.
