HG Facialist does not guarantee any particular cosmetic, therapeutic, or wellness result. Testimonials, photographs, timelines, and treatment descriptions are illustrative and do not represent a warranty or promise of individual results.
Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid payment method or deposit may be required. Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows are governed by our Appointment Policies and Studio Policies, which are incorporated into these Terms.
Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, processing charges, or other fees may be added at checkout. Payment is due according to the terms presented during booking or purchase.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, reject an order, or cancel a transaction affected by an error. If payment has already been collected for a canceled transaction, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Packages, Programs and Prepaid Services
Treatment packages, programs, prepaid services, credits, and promotional offers may have specific expiration dates, redemption conditions, and cancellation terms presented at purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Purchases are personal and nontransferable
Unused services cannot be exchanged for cash
Promotional pricing cannot be combined with another offer
Missed appointments may result in the loss of an included session

Memberships
Memberships, including HG Glam Membership™, are governed by the membership agreement presented at enrollment.
Membership terms may include a minimum commitment, recurring payments, included services, usage limits, expiration provisions, cancellation requirements, and restrictions on transferring or carrying over benefits.
If membership-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the membership agreement will control for that membership.
Product Orders
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, decline orders, discontinue products, or cancel an order when necessary.
Product photographs and colors may appear differently depending on your device. Packaging and product details may change without notice.
Shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges are governed by the policies displayed at checkout or on our Shipping & Returns page.
