Welcome to HG Facialist. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your bookings and purchases through HG Facialist. Please review these terms together with our Booking Policy, Privacy Policy, and any specific terms applicable to your purchase.

Appointments & Booking

Services are subject to availability and must be booked through an authorized HG Facialist booking channel. A valid credit card or deposit is required to book services.

Please provide accurate contact and booking information so we can communicate with you about your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a late cancellation fee equal to the service deposit.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service or loss of the deposit on file.

If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened or your appointment rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients. Late arrivals remain subject to the full service charge.

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. Medical and emergency exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Treatment Eligibility & Results

Treatment suitability is determined individually based on your skin condition, goals, treatment history, and provider assessment.

Please disclose relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, and any changes that may affect your treatment before your appointment.

Your provider may recommend modifying, postponing, or declining a treatment when appropriate for your safety.

Results vary from person to person. Descriptions, testimonials, and before-and-after images illustrate individual experiences and do not guarantee a particular outcome.

Online Store & Product Purchases

Purchases from the HG Facialist online store are subject to the product information and the Return & Refund Policy presented before checkout. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or customer-requested cancellations once an order has been placed. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. HG Facialist will review the issue and may provide a replacement or another resolution at its discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable. HG Facialist may refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances. If HG Facialist cancels an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded. Purchases from external or affiliate retailers are governed by the retailer’s own policies. HG Facialist does not control or process returns for those purchases.
