Our memberships are designed to support your long-term skin health through personalized treatments, exclusive savings, and member-only benefits.

Please review the terms below before purchasing. The Annual Membership Terms apply to the annual payment option, and the Monthly Membership Terms apply to the monthly payment option.

By purchasing an HG Glam Membership™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms applicable to your selected membership.

Annual Membership Terms

  • Membership benefits, pricing privileges, and discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, packages, special offers, gift certificates, or discounts unless otherwise specified by HG Facialist.

  • Membership treatments are non-transferable and are exclusively reserved for the active member.

  • Up to 9 Signature Facial Experiences are included during the active membership term and must be redeemed within the 12-month membership period.

  • Unused treatments do not roll over beyond the membership term and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, products, or other services.

  • Treatment frequency and facial selection will be personalized based on your skin condition, goals, treatment history, and provider recommendation. Most patients are recommended to schedule treatments every 21 to 45 days to support optimal skin health and results.

  • Certain advanced or targeted treatments may require specific treatment intervals and preparation periods. Your provider will recommend the most appropriate treatment schedule based on your individual needs.

  • Membership discounts and benefits have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or applied toward previous purchases.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Membership benefits expire at the end of the 12-month membership term.

Monthly Membership Terms

  • Monthly membership payments of $197 will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.

  • Members may cancel their membership after the first 3 months by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@hgfacialist.com

  • Membership benefits remain active as long as payments are current and in good standing.

  • HG Facialist reserves the right to modify membership benefits or terms at any time. Active members will continue to receive comparable benefits during their membership period.
